− Everything. All of the aircond not even cold even after setting lowest temperature. Ceiling fan at the living room cant even be turn on making it impossible to gather with family at the living room. Toilet seat also missing for the master bedroom which is stupid and you cant even seat to use the toilet without injuring your as$, shower faucet also missing its head. Very bad water leakage at the master bedroom. Owner will contact you and try to convince you that the unit is in good condition. Please dont believe him.
