− Due to some circumstances, at first I intended to cancel the reservation. I didn't do this, instead of me going for the check-in there was my girlfriend who did this. When she arrived at the property the owner refused to check her in and to handle the room's key. Finally we ended up requesting for a full refund. I understand they were overbooked it but they didn't announce, this was not nice at all. The owner was very rude and hostile.
Locatia excelenta,personalul primitor si creaza o atmosfera placuta pentru a te bucura de concediu.
9.0Nu am servit micul dejun dar am avut posibilitatea de a folosi bucataria si de a putea avea micul dejun dorit de fiecare conform cu dorintele noastre.Personalul foarte deschis si primitor, cu multe informatii importante pentru a cunoaste mai bine statiunea,locatia este extraordinara din punct de vedere acces la partia de ski, statiune si restaurante.
− Mi-ar fi placut sa stam mai mult ,locatia si statiunea sunt deosebite.

1.0I left the propriety. There was no room where to park to unload the car. The location was not what I expected. I preferred to lose the money and go to a different location.
− Parking was not available, not even for a short time to unload the car. Parting spots were available at more than 1kn downhill. The entrance was not so clean. The room was ok. I didn't stay. I preferred to lose the money and find another accommodation.
