Badly let down as no room or facility provided. Needed to find a room to stay in at additional cost to me. Nor has my account been credited with the payment I made months in advance. This was all confirmed by Booking.com. Let me know whom I need to contact in order to make a claim, which can only happen through your organisation.
− Liked nothing as nothing whatsoever provided. A very big disappointment. Please provide an email address that I can contact in order to make a claim for the sum I paid and seek compensation for the unanticipated costs subsequently encountered.

I had a wonderful stay. It was also great to have access to the kitchen, which made it easy to prepare lunch during my stay. The room was clean and came with fresh towels. It was also great to have access to the kitchen, which made it easy to prepare lunch during my stay. The location is fantastic, right in the centre of Newbridge, just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and most importantly, very close to the bus stop for the 726, which takes you directly to the airport. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Great value, great location, and a great host!
