8.0Die umfangreiche Ausstattung von Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen bishin zu Mikrowelle, Herd, Backofen und Tiefkühlschrank. Auch die Dusche ist ein Traum, spitzen Wasserdruck, Regenwasserduschkopf inklusive!
− Die beiden Matratzen auf dem Boxspringbett rutschen permanent auseinander und die Steckdose in der Küche kommt einem entgegen. Außerdem sind die Bilder in der "Art" Wohnung so schreiend billig und hässlich, dass sie die am sich sehr gut abgestimmte Wohnung verschandeln.

− Eher Kleinigkeiten die wenn man sie aufzählen würde zu groß wirken würden als sie waren, die aber ein sehr gut verhindern.
Zentrumsnah wohnen
8.0Die Lage ist wunderbar, alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Außerdem ist die Wohnung sehr geräumig.
− Damit es anderen nach uns noch besser gefällt, würde ich vorschlagen: Bereitstellung von Mehrzweckgläsern, Reinigung von Fenstern und Spiegeln, Reinigung der Stuhlpolster, Anbringen einer Ablage in der Dusche.
