Exceptional
8.0The room inside is exceptional, very clean bed, so comfortable. Breakfast was nice except the sweet breakfast juice
− Hot water takes too look the get warm
Not pleasant. Management must protect all the guests and make sure that they are comfortable

− No control over the rowdy fellow guests. Other guests were smoking without being cautioned. Dagga was selling all around. The barman refused to open the the bar, even though it was still operating hours.

− The fact the they don't have a fridge & Microwave in the rooms
Very bad as this was happening for the second time while visiting this hotel.
3.0− There was no hot water for bathing, the toilets were not flushing and the carpet was dirty.
