− Bathrooms could do with an update but everything else was great

− A window was broken & simply patched up with cardboard. We had to insist that a better repair was done immediately- the room was cold and insecure. The hot water system left a lot to be desired- we had to keep boosting to get sufficient hot water for just 3 of us .Key safe was in an awkward position- very low down & hard to see in the evening. Some light bulbs had to be replaced. I am amazed that summer bedding was not available- in every property I have rented, this was always an option. The wi-fi details in the folder were out of date....
