10.0我們3人3個大登機箱入住，空間OK，整潔明亮，1樓有洗衣機，房間裡也有規劃晾曬衣的地方，管理員會中文，非常客氣親切，退房日主動幫忙辦行李下樓，離御徒町站較近，位置在住宅區內所以滿安靜的，我們住4晚每人平均$1300覺得算OK
− 沒有飲水機需要每天買水，比較不方便

8.0The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. We were very grateful to the caretaker who was really friendly and accommodating with holding our luggage before check-in and after check-out.
