Nothing

− Nothing is clean, nowhere is clean. The floor is sticky, the interior is cheap and overused. Balcony doors are not insulated, and no one is available to support even in emergencies: Why does Booking.com offer a place like this?

Great view

− We booked this property because air conditioning was listed as an included amenity. However, after checking in, we discovered that the AC is not functioning at all. When we contacted the property, they informed us that the air conditioning for the entire building has been switched off by the building management and will only be turned on next week. This was not disclosed before booking. The property advised us to sleep with the windows open, which is not an acceptable solution for a paid accommodation. We are not receiving the amenities that were advertised and paid for.

Smelly,and paid extra to shower elsewhere.

Location

− No Hot water all week, had to use the Hotel facilities to shower. When the host wanted to fix it, it was only during the day and that’s the whole point of going away,to be Out and About. Neighbours arguing nightly, very aggressively. No lights in hall way so had to try to enter with key in the dark. Even if I could have used the shower, I wouldn’t have as it was filthy with scrum and dirt. Bathroom overall was a smelly,unhygienic.

Mooie locatie en uitzicht op de zee was geweldig.

− Als je de kamernummer niet via de Booking.com krijg, is er niemand op de locatie verantwoordelijk! We moesten een uur lang wachten, niemand neemt de telefoon op en beveiliging van de appartement weer er niks van! Geen info balie! We hadden geen wc papier, balkon deur ging niet goed dicht en de hele nacht kwam wind door! Waterkoker deed het ook niet! En er is niemand om Antwoord te geen
