9.0This accommodation was really nice! The landlady is very attentive. Ask her for anything. Kuya carried our luggage to the top and brought it back down even at 5 am in the morning! The location is really nice: lots of options to get food and a nice convenience store just around the corner! It is only 20 minutes from the airport and Tubod beach and San Juan are in walking distance. We had a little fridge and a whole gallon of drinking water in the room. In the kitchen area you can refill your water too. The air-conditioning and shower worked fine. The room was cleaned after 3 days (new beddings and towels). I really recommend staying here.
− I would recommend to change the lightbulbs to warm yellow instead of cold blue. I am glad I brought a light chain! Be ready to climb some stairs! But that was no problem.

8.0The location was good and the view from the bungalow was nice, the room was clean and comfortable and the staff were welcoming and friendly. The balcony was great, very spacious. Free water and use of kitchen.
− The aircon didn't always work super well and the doors to the shower/bathroom didn't always stay shut. Noisy surroundings with dogs etc. not the hosts fault but still a consideration.
Really lovely stay. Great location, perfect hosts, couldn’t ask for more!
