− Владелец квартиры сначала подтвердил бронирование а затем сообщил мне за несколько дней что не сможет меня принять. Я не стал ничего не предпринимать так как в этом случае ответственность за отмену бронирования лежит на владельце. Владелец не предпринял никаких действий. Я забронировал другую квартиру. Далее владелец снова предупредил меня что принять не сможет за день. Я согласился. Но он снова не отменяет квартиру. Как я понимаю чтобы избежать ответственности от букинга и переложить ее на меня. Считаю что в таких случаях владелец должен нести ответственность за недобросовестное поведение.

10.0Хозяин апартамента, очень отзывчивый, всегда был готов помочь, всегда был на связи, даже в 2-часа ночи. Квартира очень комфортная, отдельна ванна и отдельный туалет. Две большие комнаты, для большой семьи, самое то. Так же имеется кухня с удобствами. Вайфай так же имеется. Расположение тоже очень удобное, напротив Аграрного института, рядом ест всё, кафе, рестораны, аптеки и тд. Советую всем.

10.0We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment is spacious, well-equipped with everything you need, and has a nice mountain view. The host was very kind, letting us stay past check-out since our train was later. Highly recommended!
