7.0Приветливый персонал. Отличный ресторан на последнем этаже.
− Грязное постельное белье. Когда расправила кровать создалось впечатление что простыню забыли поменять, были волосы мужские на ней и пятна. Сильная слышимость. Все что говорили в соседнем номере слышно прекрасно.

9.0Really welcoming staff, fantastic location. Right next to the Galata tower but one street over so none of the noise spills over into the hotel. Great size bathroom, modern rooms.
− Shower didn't have hot water coming out. I'm sure it would've been fixed had I flagged it, but I was there only one night.
В целом, за свои деньги отель очень достойный. Рекомендую.
9.0Очень удачное расположение, все рядом: достопримечательности, метро, местные магазины. У нас был из окна вид на Галатскую башню. Достаточно тихо, если спать с закрытыми окнами, то рестораны не мешали. Очень вкусный завтрак, несмотря на то, что не сильно разнообразный, еще и вид из ресторана прекрасный, если сильно захочется, то можно и чаек покормить. Сам номер уютный, чистый, убираются.
− Подушки - высокие и достаточно твердые, к сожалению, альтернативы не было. Влажную уборку не делают во время проживания, только меняют полотенца и постель, но так во всех отелях Стамбула.
