8.0Le logement est bien situé avec une belle vue sur la mer. Par contre, pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite, car beaucoup d'escaliers pour aller sur la plage. Le logement est très propre et bien aménagé. On voit que l'aménagement est récent. Juste une petite observation : il serait bien que les propriétaires installent un rideau de douche, car sinon il y a de l'eau partout. Et rajouter un micro-onde, une cocotte un peu plus grande, et quelques ustensiles de cuisine en plus. Accueil agréable.
− Beaucoup d'escaliers pour aller sur la plage. Il serait bien de l'indiquer sur le descriptif de l'annonce.

10.0Sve je super. Apartman je bas kao na slikama, svijetao, klimatiziran, namjestaj je nov, cistoca, komfor i urednost odlicni, a pogled s balkona na uvalu je prekrasan. Na balkonima je osigurana privatnost gostiju netransparentnim pregradama izmedju apartmana, te je tendama obezbjedjena cjelodnevna zastita od sunca. Dragocjen dodatak i vrlo znacajno - vlastiti parking! Za manje od 2 min ste na plazi na kojoj se nalazi supermarket u kojem od ranog jutra mozete kupiti kruh i peciva, vodu, voce/povrce i ostalu hranu. Uvala (Tiha Luka) je mirnija, sa manje guzve nego u ostalim dijelovima Neuma, a plaza je pogodna za malu djecu. Medjutim, mnogo vise od svega pobrojanog dojmio nas se odnos vlasnika - Luce, Pere i njihovog sina Davida prema nama. Buduci je moj sin nedavno operirao koljeno, gdja Luce je odmah sama ponudila pomocni lezaj za njega - nama neprocjenjiva gesta! Pero nam je donio domace voce, a za rastanak na poklon dobili smo magnet. Vlasnici su iznimno ljubazni i pristojni, vrlo neposredni, a pritom nenametljivi. Cim vas vide ne propustaju pitati treba li vam sto, na raspolaganju su non - stop svojim gostima. Za ponovni boravak u Neumu mi tacno znamo gdje cemo🙂. Topla preporuka za apartmane Budes.
