Alles war bestens vorbereitet, sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Die Wohnung bietet viel Komfort und ist ideal, um zur Ruhe zu kommen und den Aufenthalt zu genießen. Besonders angenehm fanden wir die Sauberkeit und die durchdachte Ausstattung – hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Der Gastgeber ist wie gewohnt äußerst zuverlässig, freundlich und immer ansprechbar, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich entspannt macht. Wir waren erneut begeistert und können sowohl die Unterkunft als auch den Gastgeber uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir hatten einen rundum perfekten Aufenthalt! Die Lage ist ideal – ruhig und dennoch gut erreichbar, perfekt zum Entspannen nach einer langen Reise oder auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die tolle Ausstattung, es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar, was den Aufenthalt zusätzlich angenehm gemacht hat. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt und kommen definitiv sehr gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

Skandaliczne zachowanie właściciela!!! Koszmar zamiast spokojnego pobytu!!!

− Apartamenty zamówione przez nas były brudne, na ścianach grzyb i pleśń, kabiny prysznicowe brudne, uszkodzona ledwie działająca spłuczka... Po pierwszej nocy zgłosiliśmy te kwestie do właściciela pokazując zdjęcia i filmy, który zamiast podjąć kroki w celu usunięcia zgłoszonych przez nas kwestii postanowił anulować rezerwację podając za powód anulowania - nie stawienie się nas w obiekcie... Ta sytuacja zdecydowanie nosi znamiona oszustwa. UNIKAC tego wynajmującego!!!

Die Ferienwohnung eignet sich gut für berufliche Aufenthalte. Besonders positiv sind die funktionale Ausstattung und die Sauberkeit. Die Betten sind bequem und ermöglichen nach einem langen Arbeitstag eine gute Erholung. WLAN ist stabil und ausreichend schnell für berufliche Anwendungen.
