6.0The distance to the main attractions. The apartment looks ok. We did not cook anything but it was nice to have a big fridge to keep the water and drinks. Since we came with a big dog, we were asked to pay the deposit but there was no problem to get it back at the end, after the apartment was checked.
− Even though the noisy beds were reported in the past as I saw in the reviews, since 2023, the issue persists. With every small movement you make , the beds creak a lot. This made it hard to rest properly.

6.0La pulizia l’ho trovata buona come anche la dotazione che garantisce un buon soggiorno più duraturo rispetto al mio (5gg).
− Purtroppo non adatto a disabili in sedia a rotelle. Ascensore largo 70 cm. Edificio vetusto nella sua complessità. Assenza di parcheggio (ricavato nel sotterraneo e molto sacrificato). Assenza di una rampa all’ingresso. Zona poco attenta all’accessibilità rispetto ad altre

2.0Удобно к центру и к пляжу, а еще плюс, что есть кондиционер. К сожалению больше положительного нету.
− Было трудно связаться с арендатором. Пришлось звонить на службу booking. Там в объявлении было указано, что одна двухспальная кровать, две обычные и один диван кровать, но в итоге на 5 человек оказались не то что в описании.
