− Ich habe bereits sehr oft in Ihrem Hotel übernachtet und war bisher immer sehr zufrieden. In meinem Zimmer stand normalerweise immer eine Flasche Wasser bereit und es gab mehrere Kaffeekapseln. Dieses Mal gab es jedoch weder eine Flasche Wasser noch mehr als eine Kaffeekapsel.
