اتوقع انني تعرضت لعملية نصب في هذا المسكن
1.0لم اسكن في الفندق عندما وصلت إلى الشقة أخبرني صاحب الشقة ان الشقة ممتلئة ولا يمكن استقبالي وقال انه سيقوم بإلغاء الحجز ولم يفعل وجاءت رسالة من بوكنق ان المضيف اخبرهم انني لم اقوم بتسجيل الوصول وتواصلت من بوكنق دوف فائدة الى الان امل من شركة بوكنق حل هذا الموضوع وتوضح الصور المرفقة المحادثة بيني وبين المضيف
− لم اسكن في الفندق بسبب ان صاحب الفندق أخبرني ان الشقة ممتلئة ولا يمكن استقبالي وسوف يقوم بإلغاء الحجز ولم يقوم بذلك ولم استطيع استرداد اموالي امل من بوكنق حل هذه المشكله
