1.0Gece geldiğimiz zaman resepsiyondaki beyefendi çok ilgiliydi ve kahvaltısı idealdi
− İlk gün deep clean yapılmasını istedik eksiklerin ve çöplerin atılmasını istedik fakat lekeli olan çarşafı tekrar düzelmişler sadece , çöpler de olduğu gibi duruyordu . Hiçbir temizlik söz konusu dahil değil . Ütü istedik çıkış yapacaktık otelden , göndereceğiz dendi , yarım saat bekledik gelmedi . Tekrar arayınca ütünün olmadığını ve çıkış saatinin geldiğini söyledi . Israr üzerine ütü gönderildi fakat getirdikleri ütü bozuk çalışmıyordu . Çıkış günü resepsiyona yarım saat geç çıkış için resepsiyondaki hanımefendiden ricada bulunduk fakat bize sert bir dille 15 dk izin verdi ve bu bizim için yeterliydi de . Çıkış saati 12:00 gösterdiği andan itibaren odayı ısrarla çıkış için aramaya devam etti. Ben böyle bir rezalet görmedim .
