− Rooms could have been doing with a good dusting. Bedrooms felt stuffy.

Great location. Tidy inside. Pool table was good touch too. Nice size for 4 people.

− Beds uncomfortable, especially in bigger bedroom. Was no cutlery at all, not 1 piece, so had to buy some from Sainsbury's nearby which we found strange but didn't dampen our stay.
