− Rooms too hot with nil air conditioning and window openings restricted.

− It was very dated, needs refurbishment. Room was tired, bathroom smelt of urine. Very small room and exceedingly hot. It is clearly set up to cater for coach holidays for people of a certain age.
Had an excellent time
10.0Excellent hotel, room was very clean, staff were very helpful and friendly. Staff answered any questions and didn’t rush you off. I have stayed at this hotel before and will be definitely be staying again, location is great for everything two second walk to beach, restaurant, pubs and shops

− Due to the warm weather the bedroom (417) was very warm even though a fan was supplied. Also very warm in the lounge, ceiling fans would have been beneficial
