O cazare plăcută
10.0Camera curată,mare,cu mobilier modern,patul cu saltea confortabila,așternuturi curate și parfumate,balconul mare și poziționat spre o priveliște frumoasă.
− Faptul că am fost cazați la etajul 3,cumva prea sus,soțul având probleme cu genunchii.

1.0Eu nu am fost cazat ,am făcut anulare cînd am ajuns la recepție.Recepționera mi-a zis că pot face anulare fără plată . Am făcut , s-a aprobat și am plecat acasă .Dar după trei zile mi-i s-au retras banii de pe card.De ce ?
− Am ajuns la Hotel dar nu am fost cazat .Nu mi-a plăcut începînd cu recepția care m-a îndrumat sa fac anulare fără plată iar ulterior mi s-au oprit bani de pe card.Am fost păcălit la recepție 😡

− Ar trebui un pic mai multa intrtinere tehnica, balamale, usi, baterii baie.etc Dar personalul de calitate, ei chiar vor sa faca turistul sa fie in concediu.
