− La lavadora no funcionaba, el baño era muy pequeño y la cocina era mínima

− Estuvimos 3 días sin poder acceder a al terraza, indicándonos que no sabíamos abrirla hasta que el propietario a los 3 días se dignó a acudir al apartamento, accediendo al mismo sin estar nosotros presentes, comprobando que la puerta estaba estropeada, ese mismo día vino al parecer un cerrajero (nosotros tampoco estábamos presentes) y la reparó. Si alquilamos ese apartamento fue porque tenía terraza y no pudimos disfrutar de ella más de la mitad del tiempo alquilado. La cocina es mínima y el ajuar totalmente insuficiente.

4.0Cerca de Comillas y jardín amplio.
− La casa huele mucho a humedad, la ubicación que mandan para ubicarla no está clara pero luego la casa está bien ubicada hacia comillas, la puerta para salir al jardín está oxidada se bloquea y cuesta abrirla.
