9.0Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Badezimmer ist großzügig. Alles zu Zufriedenheit.

− WARNING about this hotel!!! I arrived in Bad Bergzabern for a business trip. Although the host had been informed in advance about my arrival time, she only showed up after about 30 minutes — and immediately started complaining. She then tried to charge me an additional €50 cleaning deposit and €4 for a tourist tax, which should not apply to business travelers. She also told me that I was not allowed to use the kitchen because there was no ventilation system. I told her I would contact Booking to verify whether these charges were legal (especially since there are many reports of scams lately). At that point, she completely lost control — she became aggressive, told me to leave immediately, and even locked the bathroom door. I had no idea what was happening with my reservation, and since she told me to “deal with it myself,” I ended up calling the police. Her behavior was very disturbing — she was shouting, acting irrationally, and at one point even tried to hit me. When the police arrived, she gave a completely different version of events. Thankfully, with the help of Booking, I was able to find another hotel. I strongly warn others to avoid this place!

8.0Die gute Lage direkt am Ortskern, die kleine Wohnung hat für den kurzen Aufenthalt sehr gut gereicht.
− Was weniger schön war, dass die Heizung aus war, war recht frisch nach dem Duschen.
