This place is beautiful. So wonderfully presented, everything you need, amazing views from a wonderful terrace, quiet, cosy, great location for accessing Kioni. Fantastic hosts. We were able to get in last minute when our initial accommodation turned out to be terrible, and this was a little piece of heaven. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Ithaca.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay for Our Group of 5 Villa Theodora was the perfect base for our group trip to Ithaca. The villa is beautifully designed, clean, and surrounded by stunning sea views and olive trees. We had plenty of space across three comfortable bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and lovely outdoor areas where we spent most evenings. The location is ideal—quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach and the charming village of Kioni. Best of all, the communication with the host was excellent—friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!
