10.0I loved the space. Definitely a steal for the money paid. Absolutely amazing
− I would have wished the car could be parked inside of the garage. We were travelling from out of town and are not familiar with the area. Safe or not we would feel more at ease with our car parked inside a garage as opposed to outside.

− Bad road leading to the area. Too many potholes. One has to be very careful especially driving at night
