Donna’s property was top notch. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities needed for an overnight stay. Communication with Donna was also excellent! She provided detailed instructions and pictures for the check in process. No complaints!

Apartment was very clean and was supplied with toiletries and snacks.

− We had trouble with the key at first. Maintenance had to come help us with it. I had called the owner after we struggled with the key for 5 minutes. She said she could have someone come help us within 30 minutes if we were willing to wait. I wasn’t willing to wait that long, so her response was “well you paid as non refundable, and the key was working last night”. So we waited for maintenance to come. Maintenance let us in. Apartment was clean. We were expecting a bed and a sofa bed. There was not a pull out sofa bed, just two regular sofas in the living room, and one bedroom with a bed. Internet did not work during the entire stay, which was a problem. I had a project that I needed to finish. I had planned to spend several hours on the project during my stay, but was unable to complete it due to internet issues. The owner alerted me before we arrived about the internet issues, but expected it to be resolved quickly. It wasn’t. Lack of internet was a major problem for us. Would like to have a partial refund because of this, but after her response about the glitchy key, I didn’t bother asking. Although clean and well stocked, I would not stay there again.

Overall, amazing value for the money! We would definitively stay again if coming to that area.

The apartment was spacious and remarkably well-equipped, especially the kitchen. In all my years of travel, I've rarely encountered a kitchen so thoroughly stocked with small appliances – from a coffee maker and toaster to a blender and even a popcorn maker. Additionally, the apartment was clean and relatively quiet. Though neighbors and their dogs were occasionally audible, everything settled down by around 9 pm. The location is incredibly convenient and nestled within a tranquil neighborhood.

− Upon arrival after dark, locating the building, the apartment, and the keys proved challenging due to the poorly lit area. The building numbers were not prominently visible, and there was insufficient lighting. We had to check each individual entrance to find the correct number. Clearer instructions for finding the keys and identifying the right entrance would greatly improve the experience. Additionally, it's worth noting that the pillows were uncomfortable for our liking; they were overly puffy, almost like balloons. Lastly, while most essentials were provided, having soap or body wash available in the shower would be a helpful addition.
