Der Vermieter war super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Hund willkommen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in nächster Nähe.

Alles da, was man braucht und alles sauber und ordentlich. Für unsere 2 Nächte mit viel Abwesenheit am Tag hat alles schon gepasst.
− Der Eingang auf dem Hinterhof war nicht sehr einladend. Die kurze Treppe zum Schlafzimmer und Bad war schlecht für uns zu laufen, die Durchtrittshöhe war sehr knapp. Der Zugverkehr war deutlich zu hören.

Solide Ferienwohnung, gut für einen Kurztrip geeignet.

Aufteilung ist stimmig mit Wohnbereich, kleiner Küche und Bad. Großer Fernseher mit Streaming-Diensten (eigener Account notwendig). Ruhige Lage abseits der Hauptstraßen (manchmal rauschen Züge vorbei, wenn die Deutsche Bahn mal fährt). Ausreichend Parkplätze in relativer Nähe (ca. 100 m). Sehr nett fand ich eine Auswahl Getränke zur Begrüßung. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich.
− Erdgeschosslage mit Fenstern neben der Eingangstür. Wenn sich der rauchende Nachbar an die Haustür stellt (jeden Tag mindestens 1x frühmorgens und abends), zieht der Geruch bei angekippten Fenstern schnell in die Wohnung rein. Die Matratze ist relativ weich (Kuhlenbildung), vielleicht nicht für jeden gleich gut geeignet. Am besten einen eigenen Fön mitbringen. Der Fön vor Ort pustet unter infernalischem Lärm nur ein laues Lüftchen.
