8.0The apartment was spacious. Good facilities. The bathroom was clean, beds were comfortable. Washing machine and fridge were a plus. Balcony was spacious.
− Breakfast was disappointing. There was no phone in the apartment (to call reception). had to use our mobile to contact them. No kettle in the room when we arrived, and no gas stove, however they brought a kettle and a hot plate when we raised it with reception. the floor was wet when we arrived at the property. it was slippery (soapy water). my daughter slipped and we had to wipe the floors to ensure no more accidents. staff could use with a little training in customer service (communication).
