En un mot : parfait. Maison avec une ambiance conviviale. On y était à 4 en amis, les soirs dans le salon ou dans le balcon à discuter seront à jamais inoubliables. Et le logement a une part de responsabilité dans cela. Piscine super pour se relaxer mais aussi pour nager. Silence reposant relaxant. Brisa marine incroyable le soir pour dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte. Parking privé très utile. Propriétaire très à l’écoute super super gentil et très accessible. Maison équipé : il y avait tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin.

Fantastyczny kontakt z opiekunem, Davidem. Mieszkanie jest ładne i bardzo dobrze wyposażone, choć brakuje w nim klimatyzacji – na szczęście sytuację ratują wiatraki sufitowe w pokojach. Woda w basenie czysta, a na miejscu dostępne są leżaki.

− Zdjęcia oferty nie oddają rzeczywistości. Miejsce z pozoru wydaje się atrakcyjne, ale wokół budynku i całego ośrodka tereny są bardzo zaniedbane. Problemem jest duża liczba wolnożyjących kotów – choć są sympatyczne, to pozostawiają po sobie nieczystości, co przy wysokich temperaturach generuje bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach. Dodatkowo tuż za płotem znajduje się nie zabezpieczony, niszczejący plac budowy oraz ruiny, w których koczują postronne osoby. Wpływa to negatywnie na poczucie bezpieczeństwa oraz prawdopodobnie potęguje problem z przykrymi zapachami. Spędziłem w tym miejscu 4 z 10 dni mojego pobytu na Teneryfie (w sumie odwiedziłem 3 lokalizacje). Cenowo to miejsce wyszło najdrożej – warunki wewnątrz były podobne do pozostałych, ale otoczenie wypada bez porównania gorzej.

spokojna okolica, przestronny apartament wyposażony we wszystko co potrzeba, włącznie z ręcznikami plażowymi, w kuchni herbata, kawa, oliwy, przyprawy, w lodówce butelka wody i wina, pralka + detergenty właściciel bardzo gościnny,

− najbardziej przeszkadzał nam widok z tarasu rozebranego budynku, betonowych śmieci, za plotem opustoszaly zaniedbany blok, taras wychodzi na ulicę, jedna sypialnia malutka na szerokość łóżka bez okien. budynek położony jakby w przeciągu, bardzo wietrznie choć moze latem to zbawienie
