1.0The property owners and operators are not mindful at all. Why approve a booking only for someone to arrive at the venue and be told there’s no room available after they’ve driven miles from home? It’s extremely inconsiderate and frustrating. Better coordination and communication are clearly needed to prevent inconveniencing guests like this.

Wir waren sehr enttäuscht; wir haben nicht bekommen, was wir gebucht hatten und auf Booking.com gesehen haben.
3.0Das Schwimmbad, die Mitarbeiter scheinen Freundlich zu sein
− Wir haben 3 Zimmer mit Doppelbett gebucht, wie auf Booking.com angezeigt. Bei der Ankunft waren alle 3 Zimmer nur mit zwei getrennten Betten, nicht sauber, die Matratzen alt und unbequem, die Dusche kalt. Wir konnten nicht stornieren, ohne etwa 120 € zu verlieren (ca. 40 € pro Zimmer). Wir haben nicht bekommen, was wir gebucht hatten, und der Aufenthalt war eine große Enttäuschung.
