Cozy, beachfront property in an excellent location
10.0The property is within walking distance of most of the restaurants and shops at the heart of Carolina Beach, while also being located on the beachfront. Another noteworthy point is that the property is gated, so there is a minimal risk of vehicles being tampered with (not that this is a pertinent issue in CB, anyway).
− For larger groups (5 or 6), some slightly better seating in the common area would be nice. There is currently a 3-seater couch (that folds out into a bed, if needed), a cushioned chair, and 2 kitchen table chairs (which are good for a short period, but not optimal for long sitting). Ultimately, this is just a small nitpick that didn't negatively affect my group's (4 adults) experience.

9.0I liked oceanfront view! I also have always like being in walking distance to Boardwalk! Added bonus having washer and dryer!
− I think some things could have been cleaner...seen alot of dust above cabinets in kitchen and in our bedroom when pulled back comforter there looked to be hair/fuss ball on sheet. I had clean it off! Overall manageable!
