La casa è bella, inserita in un contesto davvero interessante: il paese di Fanes permette di respirare l'aria locale e di essere in poco tempo ovunque. Gli spazi dell'abitazione sono grandi, adatti a gruppi familiari numerosi e la terrazza con la bouganville è molto accogliente. Villa Nikolaos ha contribuito a rendere il nostro soggiorno più sereno e piacevole.

− La comunicazione con il padrone di casa per messaggio, tramite Booking, non è immediata e a volte le mie domande sono rimaste senza risposta. Wifi e TV non sempre perfettamente funzionanti, per fortuna in casa siamo stati veramente poco

Dom spełnił w pełni oczekiwania mojej rodziny. Klimatyzacja działa bez zarzutu, kuchnia świetnie wyposażona, pralka, duży taras na wieczorne biesiady. W zasięgu kilkuset metrow mały lokalny sklep spożywczy oraz restauracja serwująca greckie specjały. Do plaży pieszo około 30 minut co może być dla niektórych minusem. Natomiast samochodem 5 minut jazdy. Generalnie pobyt uznajemy za bardzo udany. Pozdrawiamy serdecznie przemiłego właściciela Niko i polecamy wynajem domu na swoje wakacje.
