− Pulizia appartamento e completare con più cura, vedi tavolo esterno rotto e magari posizionare un ombrellone esterno per il sole e aggiornare le posate ( mancavano dei coltelli)

Enjoyable stay overall, despite some cleanliness and check-in shortcomings.

The apartment is in a decent condition, a bit worn, could benefit from a refresh in places, but is still eligible for living.  The whole Olrando complex is a great choice with well-looked after swimming pools, a bar, a drinking water machine. It is a perfect place to stay, close to sandy beaches and shops. In Orlando Bonito you can find everything needed for a beach holiday: towels, sand mat, sun umbrella. Kitchen is sufficiently equipped for simple cooking; a washing machine is a good supplement as well. The apartment itself is relatively  small, it is ok for  3 people, but probably won't fit for a bigger family. The apartment was quite clean except for the area under the sofa (when we pulled it out, found a thick layer of dust  and had to hoover on arrival).

− The apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning and attention to detail in some areas. For easier check-in, the guests would benefit from a key locker, rather than chasing strangers by the gates; Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable for sleeping I would appreciate the apartment being fully prepared according to the number of guests stated in the reservation. We booked for three people, but on arrival only two sets of towels were provided. The sofa bed had not been prepared and there was no bedding ready for the third guest. We had to search through the apartment to find additional bedding and towels ourselves.
