8.0Beautifully clean facilities good, beds were really comfortable, had everything you needed, about 10/15 min walk from the centre and very quiet
− Definately room for an upstairs toilet and floor upstairs noisy so if someone upstairs going to toilet you were awake. The fire is a nice feature but followed instructions and I couldn't get it to wprk

6.0Overall cleanliness. Location.
− Very little kitchen work surface. Unable to use oven and shower together. No upstairs toilet. Due to floor to ceiling lounge window blinds had to be closed all the time for privacy. Tiled downstairs floor very cold as underfloor heating not on.
