Die Wohnung liegt absolut ruhig zu ebener Erde in einem Mehrfamilienhaus. Sie ist neu renoviert und weist keine Gebrauchsspuren auf. Die Küchen und Badausstattung ist voll funktionsfähig. Was heute nicht mehr selbstverständlich ist: Die Abflüsse in Küche und Bad funktionierten einwandfrei. Es ist eine gute und solide Wohnung ohne überflüssigen Kram zu annehmbaren Kosten..
