10.0В квартире чисто, горячая вода с отличным напором. Свежий ремонт. Потоленца и постельное чистое и не заветренное. Отличное местоположение, окна выходят во двор, благодаря чему ночью тихо даже с открытыми окнами.
− Не хватает электрического чайника и утюга. И может быть еще листов бумаги для записей.
