Lovely spot near the Tower, though a few things let it down

The property is in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. The room was well-equipped with everything we needed, and all the facilities worked perfectly. The beds were very comfortable, and the view from the room was absolutely beautiful. We also really appreciated the complimentary coffee shots — a lovely touch that made our stay even more enjoyable.

− The WiFi at the property is quite poor, and since the TV signal relies on the WiFi, we had limited access to both during our stay. The light switch located outside the room is surprisingly loud and went on and off around 14 times a night, which made it very difficult to sleep. There were also no staff present on-site, which made it hard to resolve any of these issues. Unfortunately, other guests were not very considerate — there were loud phone conversations in the communal kitchen at unreasonable hours, making it hard to relax or get a proper night’s rest. As we only stopped two nights, we didn't both complaining on site.
