- location: 5 mins walk away from Santa Marinella station and 40-60 mins train away from Rome, 1.5 hour from Fiumicino airport and 7 mins walk away from the local beach, quiet safe and not touristy - facilities: equipped with AC (very important and useful for summer!), pantry (good electric stove, oven and dish washer, any necessary cooking equipment you need you can find), there is a laundry area on the porch, shower head water pressure is a bit low and the Wi-Fi was a little tricky - host: picked us up from station upon arrival and provided items we needed on request, extremely kind couple who are communicative and gave us some tips and pointers for travelling here and there, very hospitable Thank you Enrico and Mary and we look forward to come back!
