− Didn't stay here as owner had DOUBLE BOOKED and someone was already in the caravan. Drove 2hrs for him to tell me at 1.15pm to 'be patient' while he found out if the person had checked out early or not and if me and my two children had somewhere to stay. At 4.20 went to caravan to find someone still trying to clean it and there was dirt everywhere and he still expected me to wait till he has sorted it. Now fighting for a FULL REFUND as had no where to stay for the night!! Shouldnt have to be fighting for a refund when this is the owners error! Want a FULL REFUND due to your double booking of the caravan!!
Lovely location, warm and spacious static caravan. The only issue we had was the kettle did not work.

The caravan is really lovely. Just the wifi & cold bedroom need sorting out.

− Wifi seemed very weak so kids couldnt access youtube. Both bedrooms were so cold. Not sure if central heating wasnt working at all.
