5.0The property had all the basic facilities to meet the needs of one or two people for one or two nights.
− With a little attention and thought our ratings would have been much higher. 1 Given its remote location a What3words address would have helped. 2 Instructions about how to operate the internet TV not provided. 3 Wifi password not provided. 4 Rug in front of sofa is dirty and stained. 4 No light over kitchen area. 5 Switch for light over bed at far end of the accommodation. 6 Water does not drain from the kitchen sink. 7 No instructions about what to do at end of stay. 8 No information provided about what to do in the event of an emergency. All could be dealt with for just a little cost and effort.

− I needed better directions, but didn’t receive them in time. Possibly my fault, but the entrance is virtually invisible at road speed. Instructions for the heater, dehumidifier, hob and TV etc. would have been helpful. Not everybody is a technical genius! A bit more kitchen equipment is needed unless you live on microwave meals.
Good location for view. Shame about the road noise.

− No check in instructions from host. No response from host when asking question on how to get in to property. Very close to bust A road, constant road noise. Bed uncomfortably. Sofa uncomfortable.
