About the best thing was it being in a fairly central position.

− The key code box was at the side of the door when you had to either move or lean over a smelly bin to get to it. You then had to try and do the code whilst avoiding the absolute deluge of seagull poo that comes down from the seagulls above. It is everywhere and was all over the front door. No light to see it if its dark. The beds were awful. The shower was far too small. The table downstairs had that sticky feel to it. It needs changing to a glass or plastic one. The outside area in the back was a disgrace. An absolute tip. The WiFi code is on the back of the router. Would be helpful if they changed it to something easy and put it in the book. The messages sent by the hosts before check in and during the stay were curt, unhelpful and slow. They asked me to bank transfer money, whereas booking.com said only pay with credit card and they didnt respond to me for 3 days causing me to worry. They wanted photo ID of all the children saying they needed it "for insurance". They dont. I told them no. One of the children has left something at the property. We messaged them and they havent bothered to reply. If the cleaner has thrown it away, its extremely bad form.

the cottage is supurb nice and clean and all the equipment you would need for a nice stay

− If i was really picky it needs a bigger shower

Homely, comfortable and relaxed. The location.

− The Key safe cover jammed and one of the guests was left out in the rain and cold. With just a T-shirt on. They had gone back to change in to something warmer.

Such a lovely house, and very close to the beach. This is the year running that we've stayed here. Would definitely recommend it ❤️

The cottage was lovely and deceptively big very good location with only 5 min walk to the harbour and beach.

− Could have done with a tumble dryer to dry towels and swim wear.
