Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt – wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.
10.0Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist super und das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

9.0Amabilidad del personal, tuve que retrasar la fecha de entrada un día y aún sin tener esa opción me lo facilitaron y como había disponibilidad me lo consiguieron y encima tuve acceso a una mejor habitación, no puedo pedir más..... Desayuno, mejor que en otros hoteles de igual o superior categoría

10.0Im Neptuno war für mich alles, wie erwartet. Gutes Frühstück, welches immer sofort aufgefüllt wurde, da musste ich anderen gr. 4-Sterne-Hostels schon lange drauf warten, saubere Zimmer mit funktionierender Klimaanlage, super nettes Personal, welches 24-h für einen da war und und was ich in gr. Hotels auch immer vermisse, ein Bücherregal zum Tauschen von Büchern!! Ach und die Lage ist auch unschlagbar, direkt am Boulevard von Paguera, 1 Min bis zur Bushaltestelle nach Palma und zum Flughafen und nur 3 Min zum Strand!

10.0La calidez de sus empleados, dispuestos a ayudarte. El desayuno, excelente. Inclusive para una persona vegana. Mis agradecimientos al chef que no me dejó aguantar hambre. :)
− El aire acondicionado podría estar un poco más frío. Estaba haciendo muchísimo calor en Mallorca.
