− Log cabin was clean but no attention to detail; cobwebs in corners , dusty shelfs , broken lampshade, blind in bedroom.Whole estate was tired ; grass / weeds not cut , fishing lakes uncared for .Such a shame as excellent location.

4.0La décoration est très bien. Nous remercions le Chestnut Horse pour leur aide, leur personnel est extrèmement sympathique.
− Toute la nuit, nous avons entendu le chauffe-eau fonctionner juste au-dessus de notre lit... L'accès au logement n'est pas simple et pas du tout où cela est indiqué sur la carte au moment de la consultation sur booking. Une fois le logement trouvé, il faut faire attention aux orties pour y entrer. La vue est sur les orties et la verdure, ....en fait sans vue, et ce, bien qu'il y ait une pièce d'eau à proximité et une rivière qui donnent un certain charme. Le personnel est totalement absent sauf pour le room service qui vient avec 30 min d'avance... vous avez du mal à arriver mais ils n'ont pas de mal à vous mettre dehors. Au final, c'est très décevant. ATTENTION : La présentation sur booking ne correspond pas vraiment à la réalité. (en photo: le vrai emplacement)
