Matig verblijf
6.0Aisley is een aardige gastvrouw en heet je hartelijk welkom, het bed sliep heerlijk, dichtbij de kust. Mooie rustige locatie. In Ardmore kan je een prachtige cliffwandeling maken, parkeren bij de begraafplaats is het meest eenvoudig om te starten, bij cliffhouse hotel nauwelijks parkeerplekken. Ook een prachtige wandeling Capelway in de buurt van de overnachting was prachtig.
− Het was erg jammer dat er geen ruimte was om je koffer neer te leggen, geen zitje op de kamer. Maar ook geen loungeruimte waar je even kan zitten. Buiten staat een gietijzeren tuinset waar de verf los laat. Deze tafel heeft veel open gaten in het blad waardoor je nog geen spel kan spelen. Dat vond ik eigenlijk het vervelendste van dit verblijf, geen ruimte om even lekker te zitten met een boek of een spel te spelen. Dan mag je op z'n minst verwachten dat deze ruimte er op de kamer wel is, maar dat was er niet. De eigenaresse geeft aan dat ze een ontbijt to go kan regelen en doet een suggestie voor luxe ontbijt in de omgeving. Maar bij het tankstation in ladysbridge kan je heerlijk ontbijt eten met verse belegde broodjes ter plekke gemaakt. Ook voor diner luxe restaurants, maar ladysbridge heeft een leuke pub waar je heerlijk kan eten. Wit met rieten dak. Al met al geen plek waar je een avondje blijft, je wordt eigenlijk gedwongen op pad te gaan, anders lig je de hele avond op bed. Op de foto is ook een afbeelding van Ballymaloe house te zien. Dit is misleidend, de locatie is zeker 5 km verderop. Al met al een overnachtingsplek die qua prijs/kwaliteit verhouding niet in balans is. Dure overnachting voor weinig

Peaceful and comfortable stay
9.0Aisling is such a lovely host! She was very helpful and friendly. The suite was just right - a nice shower and a stay in a comfortable bed. Mirrors were in all the right places for a girl to get ready for the day. Parking is right in front of the house.
− Nothing wrong with the property. Just be aware that it is a little off the beaten path. It’s in a peaceful, quiet location.

10.0Rooms were super tidy, comfortable and Aisling made us feel so comfortable right as we arrived. She provided us with the recommendation for dinner and the beach close by for a walk afterwards which was perfect. We will absolutely be back on our next trip and hope to stay longer than one night this time
