1.0Terrible, we couldn’t even stay there as it was disgusting, we left straightaway, Tried to contact the owners but no-one replied, awaiting response from booking.com

1.0− DO NOT stay at this property! The house is nothing like the pictures. The first thing we noticed when we walked in was the horrible smell like four day old takevaway food. There is no television even though it states there is one. The beds had no pillow cases and two didn't have duvet covers. The one with a duvet cover was dirty a and covered in hair. The duvets were heavily stained. The carpets were stained. Mold all over the walls. The bathroom was hideous. The mold was half way up the shower curtain . The fire alarm was beeping and hanging off the wall. Called the property twice, left a voucmail and text with no reply. Called booking.com to lodge a complaint which is ongoing. We walked round the property taking pictures then quickly left there was no way we could have stayed there!

1.0Nothing was as shown in pictures. The house was empty.
− There was no cutlery, no Wi-Fi, no curtains in one of the bedrooms, no plates, pillows didn’t have linen. No kettle/toaster/microwave. The essentials. Was ridiculous to even be allowed to advertise
