Des paysages de rêve et un logement décevant dû à une description mensongère.
3.0La salle d'eau, la cuisine et l'emplacement géographique
− L'annonce est mensongère : nous avions réservé un logement qui annonçait une vue sur les montagnes et nous nous sommes retrouvés au -1 avec vue sur un mur et cette impression d'être à la cave. Nous avons ensuite fait face à la mauvaise fois du propriétaire alors que la vue est mentionnéée dans notre contrat de location. De plus, le wifi ne fonctionnait pas. On a eu également la désagréable surprise de trouver la vaisselle sâle dans le lave vaisselle (soit disant un problème de coupure d'électricité.... ben voyons!). Le lit est très inconfortable, sans sommier, le matelas de très mauvaise qualité (12 cm d'épaisseur) est simplement posé sur le bois de lit avec des barreaux. Et voulant récupérer un objet sous le lit, j'ai vite compris que le ménage est fait très succintement... Les annonces des autres logements décrivent un balcon alors que c'est un passage commun pour accéder aux autres logements! Bref, cet immeuble n'a rien de "Luxurry". Je signale qu'après de nombreux messages de très mauvaise foi, le prorpiétaire nous a proposé 60 E de dédommagement. Ridicule au regard de la déception.

9.0La struttura è immersa nel verde, a pochi passi dalla strada principale. L'appartamento è moderno e funzionale, ben rifinito nel design, ma sempre in stile alto atesino. I proprietari ci hanno avvisato con messaggio di tutto quello che c'era da sapere, dal check in, alla permanenza, ai servizi, al check out. Permanenza ottima, se potrò tornerò sicuramente!
− Unica pecca mancavano le posate in cucina. Qualche cuscino extra e prodotto da bagno in più (shampoo / doccia) non avrebbero guastato
