− Expensive to be an apartment with parts to be painted and a maxive contraction/renovation with scaffolding right at the door of the unit.
Avoid
1.0Location of the apartment is in city center, very good positioning.
− Everything else. Very bad value for money, not clean, broken walls, molded bathroom, water stains on walls. Flooring was dirty. Building in renovation, noise from 8:00AM every morning as constructors stared working.

La ubicación es perfecta — en el corazón de Madrid, con fácil acceso al metro y a todo lo que la ciudad tiene para ofrecer. El apartamento está limpio, cómodo y muy bien equipado, exactamente como en las fotos. El anfitrión fue atento y servicial, respondiendo rápidamente a todas las dudas. Me sentí como en casa desde el primer momento. ¡Lo recomiendo ampliamente a todos los que quieran explorar Madrid con comodidad y tranquilidad!
