− Freezing cold , flat had heating but when arrived not on and was 9 "° once turned the highest it went was 15° . I had 2 duvets on me to stay warm

10.0It's a perfect, fully functional place that honestly for me has no defects and I was very comfortable. I highly recommend it because everything works perfectly and the host is wonderful.

− Felt uncomfortable getting out of the car into the property due to people drinking sat on the street outside. Very noisy from the flat upstairs

7.0Location was great, the rooms where exactly like the photos, very comfy and great facilities. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was fully equipped. Upon arrival, everything was very clean, and the keys were easy to get. The hosts were very good and responded very quickly to any inquiries.
− The noise from upstairs. Stayed for 2 nights and it only happened on one of them, but it was very frustrating and I lost some sleep because of it, things like slamming doors, stomping around and arguing loudly.

7.0I liked the interior design and decor. Very neutral and fresh! You would never think that this little gem of an apartment was behind those doors. Very cute. I liked the cleanliness, the amenities. Inside temperature was fine even without heating on.
− Two things: 1) The overflowing bins right outside of the property and the broken glass on the street directly outside of the property was instantly off putting. Perhaps because I had read the same in a previous review it made me a little nervous! 2) Inside the property there were no blinds or curtains at the back where the kitchen & bathroom were. The windows are very large, which is nice for natural light flooding in during the daytime BUT at nighttime, when the inside lights were on, when we were in the kitchen relaxing we became like a goldfish bowl to those neighbouring houses at the back.
