Das Ferienhaus ist in erster Reihe zum Kiebizsee. Für das leibliche Wohl ist gesorgt mit Eier eigenen Sauna und Yakuza, sowie eine Grill. Für die kalte Jahreszeit ist ein Ofen vorhanden. Die Küche ist mit allem gut ausgestattet.
