The beds are the best!!!!! The location, The Size of the apartment, the amazing air conditioning!!!, the Patio spacious kitchen. Living area …. Loved it all

− We did have a minor electrical outage but quickly fixed and there was sighing of some bugs but spray provided and it’s not that the apartment is dirty at all but most likely to the proximity to so many other houses.

Great Florence apartment for a group with fabulous terrace space.

Great property for our group of 9 friends with plenty of space. The outdoor terrace led us to choose this apartment and we were not disappointed! Perfect for sitting outside together and enjoying the afternoon sunshine. Apartment had 3 showers and toilets which was ideal for our larger group. Good location about a 20 minute walk from main attractions of Florence & a handy bakery right next door. Apartment host was helpful and checked to make sure our stay was comfortable. I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

− We had one tense evening where one of the keys wouldn’t open the door but I don’t think this is uncommon in older Florence buildings and we did eventually get in.

住宿的位置虽然步行可到百花教堂等等，但还是略显远了一些，且越走路上人越少，我们几个人晚上也不敢太晚回。住宿周边有几家面包店，餐饮店，但不是热闹地段，没有太多选择。地方还是很安静。阳台也挺大。床也比较宽敞。

− 厨房设施都有，但是使用起来不是很方便，餐具抽屉等等都不是很干净。厕所淋浴水不稳定，或大或小，地漏有点堵。淋浴间也不是很干净。房间床品干净，但是桌子和柜子上都是一层灰，擦了一遍都是灰的。佛罗伦萨的地址分两种，google导航到的位置不是实际位置，而是要再隔一条马路，问了一个当地小哥才找到。

Die Lage ist top, sehr zentral. Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr gut für Gruppen geeignet. Würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.

− Auf der Terrasse darf man nicht rauchen. Mehr Gläser und Kaffeetassen wären von Vorteil.

Lovely layout, big bedrooms, plenty of beds, usable kitchen and 3 bathrooms.

− Having enough hot water seemed to be an issue for us when showering.
