Exceptional Stay – Upgraded Room, Fantastic Pool, and Amazing Staff
9.0Everything about our stay was spot on! We were thrilled to receive a room upgrade, which gave us access to a very convenient and well-equipped kitchen. The space itself was great, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable—we slept like babies every night. The pool area was another major highlight: super clean, relaxing, and a wonderful place to unwind. Above all, the staff were truly amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back!

7.0Our apartment was great. The staff were fabulous in giving us an early check in and late check out.
− The buffet breakfast was very disappointing. I’ve stayed in many hotels in Thailand and it’s one thing I normally really enjoy. It’s a shame because the rest of the hotel experience was great
